The First Hand Club was created to bring together a community of hand and upper extremity colleagues aligned around common goals. Most importantly, it is our goal through engagement in the organization, to nurture lifelong relationships to help further our goals of academic achievement, mentorship, and innovation. Through fellowship, camaraderie, and association with the organization, we aim to foster mentorship, stimulate scholarly activity, and engage in both volunteerism and charity. As our collaborative efforts mature, we strive to contribute to the education of our colleagues and trainees through advancement of our field of hand and upper extremity surgery.
